Northtowne Animal Clinic Family

Dear Northtowne Animal Clinic Family: I hope this message finds all of you healthy and well. We are staying hopeful and positive during this time.

At this time we will be continuing normal business hours. However, we will be implementing some temporary changes in an attempt to keep our staff and clients as healthy as possible and be in compliance with government requests.

As of March 16, 2020, we ask that you call from your car to let us know that you are here. If your visit is a routine (non sick) visit such as vaccines, we ask that you wait in the car and we will bring your pet or pets in for their visit and return them to your car. If your visit is non routine (sick/injured) we will have you stay in your car until a room is available. We have the ability to take payments from you in your car. If you are coming in to the building, we ask that only one person accompany the pet if possible. We will make exceptions when needed.

For any client that is hesitant or unable to come in for an appointment, we will do our best to address your concerns over the phone and help in any way possible. We will also start delivering your pet’s medications and prescription diets to your car. Please give plenty of notice to allow us time to get your pet’s medications ready for you.

We are going to postpone any elective surgeries, such as a spay or neuter, as requested by Governor DeWine.
